How to use it

  1. Paste links, or upload a CSV

One link per line is enough. To set a custom alias, title or campaign at the same time, use a CSV with the columns destination_url, custom_alias, title, campaign — a header row is optional.

  2. Check the table first

Valid rows are separated from malformed ones before anything happens. Edit the text box and the table updates as you type. No link is created until you confirm.

  3. Create the set, export the CSV

Rows are created one at a time, so a failed row never takes the batch down — it reports its own reason instead. Then download the results as a CSV pairing every original link with its short one.

Limits worth knowing

  • Sign-in required — bulk shortening is members-only, because opening it to anyone is an open door to creating spam links a hundred at a time.
  • Up to 200 rows per run; anything beyond that is dropped, and the preview says so before you create.
  • Five runs per hour per account.
  • A custom alias must be 3–80 characters and unique. A row whose alias is taken fails on its own without affecting the others.
  • Links made here count against your plan quota exactly like links created one at a time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to prepare a CSV first?

No. Pasting bare links one per line works fine. The CSV format exists for when you want to set the alias, title or campaign name for each row in the same pass.

What happens if a bad link is mixed into the batch?

Malformed rows are filtered out at the preview stage. A row that passes preview but fails on creation — a taken alias, an unsafe destination — reports its reason on that row alone, and the rest are still created.

Can I change a destination afterwards?

Yes. These links are identical to ones created individually: edit the destination, set a password or an expiry date, pause them, and read their click stats from the dashboard as usual.

How do I put UTM tags on every link in the batch?

Build the tagged URLs before pasting them in. The campaign link builder assembles the parameters correctly one at a time. The CSV's campaign column only groups links inside our system — it does not append anything to the destination.
