Copyright / DMCA Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Uppic respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how to report copyright infringement, how to file a counter-notice, our removal process, and our repeat-infringer policy — with a report form that goes straight to our team.

1. Policy overview

We respond to complete copyright infringement notices in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Thai copyright law. On receiving a complete notice, we review it and promptly remove or disable access to infringing content, notify the uploader, and provide an opportunity to contest.

2. Filing a takedown notice

A complete notice must include the following (the form below covers everything):

  • Complainant contact information — full name and email.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, such as the URL of the original.
  • The URL of the allegedly infringing content on Uppic.
  • A description of how it infringes.
  • A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement of accuracy and of your authority to file.
  • An electronic signature (typed full name).

Knowingly filing a false notice may make you liable for damages, including the accused party's legal costs. Please verify before filing — some uses may qualify as fair use.

3. Removal process

  • On receiving a complete notice, we perform an initial review and disable access to qualifying content promptly, normally within 3 business days.
  • The uploader is told why the content was removed, given a copy of the notice (without unnecessary complainant contact details), and told how to contest.
  • Related links, thumbnails, and cache/CDN copies are disabled as well.
  • We keep records of notices to enforce the repeat-infringer policy.

4. Counter-notice

If you are the uploader and believe the content was removed in error or you have the right to use it, you may file a counter-notice by sending the following to support@aihubincome.com:

  • Identification of the removed content and its URL before removal.
  • An explanation of why the removal was mistaken — e.g. you hold a license, own the work, or the use qualifies as fair use.
  • Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
  • A good-faith statement and an electronic signature.

We forward counter-notices to the original complainant. If they do not initiate legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content as appropriate.

5. Repeat-infringer policy

Accounts confirmed to infringe repeatedly face escalating measures: warning → upload feature restriction → temporary suspension → permanent termination for severe or persistent cases. We weigh context such as frequency, intent, and the outcome of any counter-notices.

6. Copyright infringement report form

Please fill in as much detail as possible so we can review quickly. Your contact details may be shared with the reported party as part of the counter-notice process.
