Download and delete your account data
What you can export today, the 7-day trash system, and how to request account deletion
An honest rundown of what you can export yourself today, what still requires contacting us, and how deletion actually works.
What you can download today
- Images — download individual files from Dashboard → Images
- Galleries — download an entire set as a ZIP from the gallery page
- QR scan analytics — export CSV from each code's analytics page
Note: A one-click full-account export is not available yet — for other data (e.g. a full QR list), please contact the team.
Deleting images and the trash
- 1Delete an image from the dashboard — it moves to trash immediately and all links stop working
- 2Within 7 days you can restore it from trash
- 3After 7 days the file and its variants (thumbnail/medium) are permanently purged from storage
Requesting account deletion
Self-service account deletion is not available yet — contact us via the contact page from your account email. We will fully remove your account, all images, QR codes, galleries, API keys, and related data.
Warning: Permanent deletion immediately breaks all image links and dynamic QR codes, and cannot be undone.
